2. Access to the information on the website

EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. does not grant the rights to download or modify the site in whole or in part, reproduce the site in whole or in part, copy, sell/resell or exploit the site in any other way, in commercial purposes or contrary to the interests of EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. without its prior written consent.

The images published on the website have the title of example, and the delivered products can sometimes differ from the images presented in any way (color, accessories, appearance, etc.). EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. and its suppliers reserve the right to modify the technical specifications of the products without prior notice. The content of the site (texts, product descriptions, technical characteristics, images, symbols) is compiled in close collaboration with the representatives of the respective brands. For this reason, EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. does not assume responsibility for the product descriptions presented on the https://mirrigreen.com/ website, these being identical to those made available to us by the representatives of each brand.

EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. is not responsible for any defects of the products bought from its stores. All responsibility for these defects and their repair rests with the importer or the service authorized by him. All products are accompanied by the original warranty certificate issued by the importer or supplier. The maximum amount of damages that can be paid by EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. to any customer in case of non-delivery or improper delivery is the amount collected by EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. from this customer.

Regardless of the way of sending the order (on the website, by e-mail, by phone, by another method) the acceptance of this order, therefore the conclusion of the agreement of will and the sale-purchase contract is made at the time of signing/receipt by express courier by customer of the product and/or the fiscal invoice accompanying the product. The tax invoice takes the place of a sales-purchase contract. The launch of the order, the automatic e-mail that is sent after receiving the order and the telephone discussions, by e-mail and by any other methods, with the staff of EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L., do not constitute firm acceptance of the order and therefore do not signify the conclusion of the contract at a distance. The acceptance of the products and services by the customer’s signature of receipt (the signature provided on the transport document or on the tax invoice) means the acceptance of this contract, regardless of the ordering method used by the customer (on the website, by e-mail, by telephone, by other method).

4. Limitation of liability for prices

The prices shown include VAT (19%), but do not include delivery costs, unless this is expressly specified on the website. The purchase price printed on the invoice will be the same as that established by the sales consultant at the time of order confirmation as the firm order or, in the case of orders with online payment directly by credit card, this price will be the one published on the website at the time of purchase.

5. Limitation of liability for delivery

The delivery of the products has a national expansion area and, thus, will be done anywhere in Romania. EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. reserves the right to confirm orders before honoring them by contacting customers. The delivery of the products will be free in all cities of the country for orders exceeding the value of 450 RON (including VAT). Also, products that have this specification on the presentation page benefit from free shipping. In the case of orders delivered outside cities and/or towns outside the courier company’s network, in addition to the fee charged by EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. for products or services, the customer will be asked to pay a delivery fee paid directly to the courier company that transports the products, a fee that will be brought to the customer’s attention when the order is confirmed. We will not deliver until we have the customer’s acceptance for the delivery and its cost.

EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be honored for reasons independent of EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. which include: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil disturbances or other force majeure impediments, according to the usages of Romanian law. If the customer is not found at the mentioned address, within the time interval established by mutual agreement, our courier will return once more after reestablishing contact with the customer, at which time the order will be canceled and the product returned to the headquarters, the customer following to bear the costs of a new delivery, regardless of the value of the products ordered.

6. Limitation of liability for payment

Payment for the products ordered according to this Customer Agreement can be made in advance or upon delivery of the products. EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. reserves the right to request payment of the products in advance in certain cases. Advance payment can be made by postal order, payment order, bank card; proof of payment must be sent to EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. to the e-mail address contact@mirrigreen.com. The delivery will be made only after the money enters the EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. account. Payment in advance is also considered payment with the help of the online credit card. In this case, EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. will request the electronic payment processor to confirm the security and validity of the transaction and will also perform additional checks where appropriate, before delivering the products. The ordered products must be paid in full, otherwise the delivery will not be made.

Online with bank card through EuPlatesc (Visa/Visa Electron/Maestro/MasterCard).

If you have chosen the “Online by bank card” payment method, it is necessary to fill in a form with the information about your card on the secure page of the payment processor.

7. Limitation of liability for product warranty

Thus, each product (complete product but not consumables for filter cartridges) will be accompanied by the warranty certificate of the manufacturer/importer, who directly or through its representatives provides service for the respective product. In the localities where the importer does not have service representatives, the defective product will be repaired or replaced if it cannot be repaired, after the buyer sends it to the headquarters of EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. mentioned on the tax invoice. The transport of the products to the headquarters of EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L and back to the customer will be done only by fast courier. The cost of transport will be borne by the customer. The warranty period of the product will be extended by the period in which the product was in service for the intervention.

Each product on the website will have the warranty period mentioned on its presentation page.

The warranty excludes any action on the equipment that is not in accordance with its use. Any action of faulty use, hitting, unauthorized assembly, incorrect assembly, leads directly to the loss of the warranty. Equipment that by their construction needs to be powered by an electrical source, are excluded from the warranty if they have been destroyed by electric shocks and/or voltage fluctuations from the power supply network. The product warranty is only offered for manufacturing defects. The product warranty is canceled if original consumables are not used. Any unauthorized intervention on the equipment leads to the loss of the warranty.

The warranty is only offered for complete systems, not for consumables, replacement filters, filter media. All of the above are considered consumables and have a certain lifespan according to the specifications of each one. These consumables cannot be guaranteed for a certain period of time, but they benefit from a compliance guarantee.

All the products sold correspond to the manufacturer’s execution documentation, which is attested by the quality certificates issued by neutral specialized bodies and that they correspond to European and Romanian standards.

We insure, guarantee and declare on our own responsibility, according to the provisions < Mentions specific to Lifetime Warranty only.

By purchasing the present equipment from our online store mirrigreen.com, you benefit from a LIFETIME WARRANTY, against any manufacturing defect.

Any non-functioning problem will be fixed in our service in Romania, at our work point, you just have to contact us by email: contact@mirrigreen.com.

The average repair time is 7 days. In 90% – 97% of cases, the repair term will be 7 working days. If special parts are needed that are not usually in our stock, we will notify you of the repair deadline, depending on the delivery deadline of the respective component/components.

For warranty and post-warranty service, the product must be delivered or brought to our work point, mentioned in the Contact section.
Notes regarding the warranty:

The warranty is granted against manufacturing defects and/or hidden defects and does not cover normal wear and/or maintenance of various components: gaskets, electrical equipment, cartridges, filter loads, etc. These are consumables.

Any other warranty is excluded. The warranty does not cover defects caused by voltage fluctuations and/or electric shocks!

The warranty does not cover defects caused by pressure fluctuations, too high pressure, pressure of the “ram hit” type.

The guarantee is valid only if the installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance are carried out according to the documentation accompanying the equipment.

The “lifetime guarantee” is valid for an unlimited number of years, as long as the filter cartridges are ordered and changed on time, according to the product description both on the website and in the instructions received with the product. A maximum 15-day delay in changing the filter cartridges is accepted. If this exchange has not been carried out, the “Lifetime Warranty” is canceled without further notice and you will benefit from a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase of the main product (not the filter cartridges). The landmark of the exchange of filter cartridges will be the calendar date of the invoice for these filter cartridges. If there is no invoice for the purchase of these filter cartridges according to the instructions received with the product, then the “Lifetime Warranty” will be cancelled.

Note: the one-year period for changing filter cartridges will expire from the date of the invoice for the purchase of the filter device, then from the date of purchase of the last complete set of filter cartridges. Exceptions will not be made, even if there is a gap between the calendar date of purchase and the effective date of installation, respectively of changing the filter cartridges.

The warranty is canceled in case of resale or installation in a different location than the original one.

Defects occurring during the warranty period will only be repaired by the seller at his headquarters or workplace or by authorized representatives at their headquarters.

If the equipment failure was caused by incorrect installation, operation or maintenance or due to unauthorized interventions, modifications and/or adaptations made to the equipment, the warranty is canceled and the cost of repairs will be borne by the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability for User Comments

Users who visit the site https://mirrigreen.com/ can make comments about it and the products it offers, which can be published on the site after prior approval. EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. reserves the right not to publish on the site comments with illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory content, which in any way disturbs the private life of other people, violates intellectual property rights, contain viruses, texts regarding various promotional campaigns, chain letters , mass emails or any other form of spam.

EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. will not bear the responsibility and will not be obliged to pay any kind of compensation for any form of damage caused by such comments or communications. In case of sending some materials/documents, other than those related to the process of buying/selling some products, it is considered that the user confers to EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. and its affiliates/associates the non-exclusive, unlimited, free, irrevocable and retransmissible right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, as well as the right to distribute it anywhere in the world, by any means.

The user guarantees that he has all the rights to the content he transmits to be published on the site, by any means, so that, by using this content, he does not cause harm to any person. EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. does not assume any responsibility regarding the possible damages caused by the use of the content of these comments by the users of the site, they being offered under the same limitation of responsibility as the rest of the content on the site.

9. Limitation of responsibility for links to other sites, server, browser

The company EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. will not be held responsible for any errors that appear on the site, regardless of the reasons for their occurrence, including changes to the site, settings, or updates. 10. The right to return products

The individual customer has the right to notify in writing EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. that you give up the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. This is done after prior information, by returning within this term the purchased product in its original packaging, with all accessories and without showing signs of damage or wear, the customer bearing the shipping costs according to Romanian laws (Emergency Ordinance 34/2014). In the case of filter systems that have been put into operation and used, the return of the product can be made but with the mention that the filter media, filter charges and filter cartridges cannot be returned because they have come into contact with water and they cannot be reused. The return of the money to the customer will be made on the filter system purchased, but reducing the cost of filter cartridges and filter media. The return shipment will be made with the same courier company (Fan Courier) with which the delivery of the products to be returned was made. Refunds related to the return will be made within 30 days of receiving the products and checking them. Products found to be damaged, worn, defective (filter cartridges and used filter media) are not accepted for return. The money will be returned only by bank transfer, directly to the client’s account or, if this is not possible, by postal order.

This right cannot be invoked in the case of products picked up from our premises for which the test or installation was done. This right cannot be invoked for products that have been tested or put into operation by our team, directly at the client’s premises.

Products can only be returned to natural persons. In the case of legal entities, we do not accept returns.

11. Disputes and final dispositions

Any other problem caused by the products and services presented on https://mirrigreen.com/ or by the information presented on this site and which is not already dealt with by any article in this document, will be resolved amicably within 30 working days from the date of notification of the problems in writing, by the user. In the event that it was not possible to resolve the conflict amicably, the competence rests with the Romanian courts, the parties choosing the competence of the courts within the radius of the city of Bucharest. The customer fully assumes these risks once he expresses his agreement to this Customer Agreement.
