The delivery will be made by fast courier.
The products in stock are delivered immediately and reach you in 24-48 hours. It will be confirmed by phone whether an ordered product is in stock or not.
There may be cases in which a product that appears in stock is not available. The fees charged for deliveries are the following:
Delivery is FREE for orders that reach or exceed the amount of 450 lei.
For orders with a value below 450 lei, a single transport fee of only 15 lei including VAT is charged, regardless of the locality (except in the localities where Fan Courier does not deliver, for such cases an additional fee will be charged, communicated by phone We will not deliver until we have your approval.
At the reception of the package, if you notice its degradation or if it is unsealed, you can return it to the courier who will draw up a record of the fact and we will be able to take the necessary measures. In such cases, you obviously have nothing to pay.
If you want to return the products for reasons other than those mentioned above, this is possible and perfectly legal, but the payment of the courier for the return will be borne by the customer. The customer has the right to return the products within a maximum of 14 calendar days according to Emergency Ordinance 34/2014.
We receive returns via any fast courier company to the address mentioned in the Contact page. The amount will be returned by EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS SRL in a maximum of 30 working days.
Products damaged by the customer, filter media and used filter cartridges (fed with water) are not accepted for return. The amount for the return will be made only by bank transfer or, if this possibility does not exist on the part of the customer, by postal order.
